Available large or small, but they're always lightweight.  Thin pieces of glass are fused with metals & colored glass.  These really shine & catch the light - some even change color depending on how the light is hitting them!  Dichroic glass was invented by NASA to deflect light off the space shuttle!  Then artists found it & put it to great use beautifying our everyday world. 

Barbara Mellen is such a sweet maker, known as "the earring lady".  It's always a treat to speak with her when we place orders.  Funny story!  Her husband happened to be in Southport one day & showed us some of her earrings - that was way back in probably 2008!  They have been a Lantana's *classic* ever since!
