We represent over 80 artists & many brands. Their work presented on our website is copyright each artist, individually, and is not for reproduction or reuse through any other online sales venue. We do allow shares to social media or Pinterest, by all means, please share the art you love! Please credit the artist or Lantana's when you share.
We ship orders two days per week: Monday & Thursday. If you need a rush order, please click the “Expedited Delivery” at checkout. If you don’t see that, please reach out to us & we’ll do the best we can. Rush delivery is not guaranteed from our end unless you make prior arrangements with us.
All shipments will be insured & have tracking information.
Any personal information we collect to process your order is protected within the web platform hosted by Lightspeed. We do not store or sell or use your information in any way except to process your order & for occasional newsletter updates (via email). You will have the opportunity to opt out of any marketing through our newsletter hosting platform.
All sales are final. Returns are accepted for store credit only!
Returns are accepted within 10 business days of receipt of your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. Please see our Shipping & Returns page or our FAQ for more about our Return policies.
Any item broken in transit to a customer will be replaced or credited by Lantana's. Broken or damaged items must be documented with photos before we replace it. Please email us to start the return process so we can get you fixed up as soon as possible!
Any item broken while being returned to Lantana's is the responsibility of the sender. We sure hope this does not happen - please use the utmost care in repacking your item or allow your local UPS store to assist you with packing.
