Shipping, Returns, Damages

All sales are final.  Returns are accepted for store credit only.

We use the best rate carrier we can find to send your gifts.  This might be USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  We use FedEx less often than UPS, honestly.  If you order furniture or a larger item, we will use DHL or another freight carrier.  

We ship orders on Mondays & Thursdays. Orders placed before noon eastern time on those days will ship the same day. 
Please reach out to us if you need expedited shipping.

Shipping is added automatically at checkout & paid by the customer, unless otherwise noted.  We package everything to our best ability for safe shipment. 

In event of damage, we will absolutely replace an item.  We require photo documentation of the damaged or broken item.  Please email us or reach out about the best way to document your damages.  Replacement will be as soon as possible, or within reason to source the same color/style.  

We accept returns within 14 business days of receipt of your order.  If you are concerned about getting an item back or for any other reason about your return, please do reach out to us so we can work together to make it right.

Return shipping back to us is paid by you.  Please note that items damaged in return transit are not the responsibility of Lantana's Gallery.  Make sure to package & insure your item appropriately before sending to us!
